La Aurora Broadway Series (New York Exclusive) Sumo Toro Review

La Aurora Broadway Series (New York Exclusive) Sumo Toro - 5.75 X 54. Dual Wrapper -Ecuadorian Sumatra & Nicaraguan Habano, Binder - Dominican Corojo, Filler - Dominican, Nicaraguan & Peru. Medium-Full Bodied.

Initial taste - Wood

First Third - Cedar wood, spice and a lemon tasting leather.

Second Third - Lemon/citrus leather, spice, sweet cedar and notes of cinnamon. I am surprised at how well balanced a cigar of this complexity is.

Last Third - Continuation of the tangy, leather and spice, sweet cedar with hints of cinnamon. Long finish of lemon, leather and spice.

Construction was perfect - beautiful brown smooth wrapper, draw was excellent and the burn was a razor sharp, light gray ash that holds on.

I found this cigar to be very complex and very well balanced. All of the flavors really complemented each other. MSRP is $12.50 for this vitola. Another hit by La Aurora Cigars that should really help out the New York retailers. Excellent cigar and definite recommend.
